Round 4 of the ECAFL "METRO" Footy will take this Sunday from 1pm at Parc Cluny in Laval. (Short walk from Metro De La Concorde). The Power will be looking for redemption this round while the Bombers are quietly confident they can thrust themselves back into contention for first place. All the answers will come Sunday. This round will also mark the end of Sam 'Des' Heath's footy career in Quebec. Sam and his family and heading off to Adelaide to soak up some Australian sun. th - signed up to play. Runner-Up in the 2008 Best and Fairest, Sam missed the entire 2009 season due to knee surgery. He returned in 2010 to the ECAFL and has been in career best form dominating the backline for the Saints. Sam's better half Steph Decelles has also been busy writing and publishing her first childrens book "Le reveil du dragon chinois".
